About Subbyteam

Subbyteam is a workforce management platform designed for UK trade businesses. Our services include features such as workforce attendance, GPS clock in and clock out, timesheets, payroll reporting, site management, document storage, photo uploads and business management tools.

Eligibility

To use Subbyteam you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Keep your login credentials secure.
Use the platform only for lawful business purposes.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

User Accounts

You agree to:

Keep your password confidential.
Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
Ensure the information in your account remains accurate and current.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity is suspected.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Subbyteam for any unlawful purpose.

GPS & Attendance Features

GPS clock in and clock out features are designed to assist businesses in managing workforce attendance.

Employers are responsible for informing employees that GPS location services are enabled where required.

Subbyteam provides attendance information based on the data available from the user's device and cannot guarantee absolute accuracy in all circumstances.

Customer Responsibilities

Businesses using Subbyteam are responsible for:

Ensuring employee information is accurate.
Complying with UK employment laws.
Obtaining any required employee consent.
Managing their own payroll and tax obligations.
Maintaining appropriate insurance where applicable.

Subscription & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance according to the selected plan.

Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice before renewal.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Availability

We aim to keep Subbyteam available at all times; however, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates or unforeseen technical issues.

All content, software, branding, logos, graphics, designs and technology used within Subbyteam remain the intellectual property of Subbyteam unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute or use any part of the platform without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Subbyteam shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits.
Loss of business.
Loss of data.
Business interruption.
Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
